Dear Guests
Please read below our few house rules which we kindly would request you read and confirm before your booking is confirmed.
Strictly No Dogs Allowed .
Whilst we benefit from our house being set alone in 2 acres of grounds with no direct neighbours. We still are situated in a small rural village with neighbours across the valley and therefore, we have a Strictly “NO LOUD PARTY NOISE” of any kind after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pm and before 8am. Failure to comply with this rule (including receiving any complaint from the neighbours) will result in possible eviction and loss of some or all of the damage deposit retained in compensation
We have a no shoes in the house policy . You are welcome to use our Crocks that we provide or bring your own with 🙂
Please do not use our Crocks outside.
Please make sure you are fully verified with Airbnb with your email address , phone number and a photograph of yourself before booking.

We are on the route of the Calderdale Way, and Hebden Bridge is a 5 mile walk, mostly along the canal towpath. Walking distance to the Summit pub which is at the side of the Canel and also make great food !

My Backgroud – 16 years of service to hospitality
Growing up in a pub in Hebden Bridge I learnt the trade of hospitality whilst also doing my catering studies at Huddersfield. I am classically trained and have a wide range of knowledge whether it’s British, Indian, Italian, Spanish or Greek.
I left the pub after 10 years of service and proceeded to work for Simon Shaw at El Gato Negro in Ripponden for 2 years serving the finest tapas in the area!
During my time here I learnt high volume serving gourmet food for weddings, canapes and buffet style food.
Working for Kettlebell Kitchen was my dream job. Healthy, fit fast food based in central Manchester working my way from chef to executive chef of the company.
Now based in Todmorden, West Yorkshire I work part time for vegan and vegetarian restaurant Kava and produce delicious desserts and catering for new business venture Goji Catering.
